Data controller: OrcaQS processes candidate application data for recruitment and candidate communication processes.
Processed data may include identity and contact information, position preference, city, work preferences, driving and licence information, education, experience, skills, language and certificate details, application date, verification records, IP hash and technical request records.
The purpose of processing is to receive applications, verify the applicant email address, evaluate suitability for open or future positions, communicate with candidates and keep legal evidence records.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest of managing recruitment processes, establishment or performance of a possible employment relationship, and explicit consent where required by applicable law.
Application data may be shared with authorized OrcaQS human resources and management users, hosting and email service providers, and public authorities where legally required.
Candidate data is retained only for the period required by recruitment needs and applicable legal limitation periods, then deleted, anonymized or archived according to company policy.
You may request information about your processed data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing and information about transfers by contacting OrcaQS.
